Josh Mills, born in Fort Worth, TX, is the grandson of the legendary Texas Television Pioneer Frank Mills. He is currently responsible for developing the company’s project roster as well as the operations in production, finance, negotiating with distributors, and planning future strategies.  

Mills has over a decade of production and finance experience in both film and television where he has served as producer, casting director and production manager. He began his career at KXAS (NBC Fort Worth, Texas). He moved on to work with Hall of Fame Sports Caster and ex NFL player Pat Summerall, where he produced business profiles for the Fox News Channel starring celebrity spokespersons such as Cherly Ladd, Dick Vermile and Troy Aikman. In 2001, Mills moved to New York and went to work for Warner Brother’s reality division where he was involved in the production of over 200 episodes of Change of Heart, Elimidate and multiple pilots. After relocating to Los Angeles, Mills established a non-profit talent networking and casting company, JB Casting Networks, Inc which circulates over 2,000 actors a year and dozens of industry professionals.   

Not only does Mills have experience in every phase of production: development, marketing and distribution, Josh also has an extensive Financial Background. As a Managing Member of a Financial Firm, Josh had an integral role in raising millions of USD for a European Hedge Fund Manager. Josh specialized in the Risk Mitigation and brings the same Risk Management or Risk Mitigation Concept to DWE Investors. Mills is a member of the Screen Actors Guild, American Federation of Radio and Television Artists and the Lone Star Film Society. Mills graduated from Texas A & M University where he was a broadcast journalism major and member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity.
